Stronger enforcement, rather than new laws or intake
targets, will form the core of the government’s long-awaited migration
overhaul, which is finally set to be revealed on Thursday.

Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke will deliver Labor’s new immigration policy on Thursday. Audrey Richardson
Visa-hoppers, overstayers, and international students
