Hamas sẵn sàng giải thể các cơ quan chính quyền tại Gaza.

 Theo phóng viên TTXVN tại Trung Đông, ngày 10/1, Phong trào Hồi giáo Hamas thông báo đã quyết định giải thể toàn bộ các cơ quan chính quyền do phong trào này điều hành tại Dải Gaza, nhằm chuẩn bị chuyển giao trách nhiệm quản lý cho một ủy ban hành chính độc lập đang được thành lập.

Trong tuyên bố, người phát ngôn Hamas, ông Hazem Qassem khẳng định phong trào này đã đưa ra “quyết định rõ ràng” chấm dứt hoạt động của tất cả các thực thể quản lý nhà nước tại Gaza và chuyển giao nhiệm vụ cho một ủy ban kỹ trị độc lập.

Trước đó, hôm 8/1, ông Qassem cho biết Hamas đang chờ thông báo chính thức về việc thành lập ủy ban nói trên, cơ quan sẽ chịu trách nhiệm điều hành các lĩnh vực khác nhau tại Dải Gaza, theo thỏa thuận đạt được giữa Hamas và các phe phái khác của Palestine.

Kể từ năm 2007, Hamas điều hành các cơ quan chính quyền tại Gaza sau các cuộc giao tranh với phong trào Fatah – lực lượng kiểm soát Bờ Tây. Diễn biến này khiến dải đất ven Địa Trung Hải, nơi sinh sống của hơn 2 triệu người, bị quản lý tách biệt.

Theo các nguồn tin trong Hamas, Ai Cập dự kiến sẽ đón một phái đoàn của phong trào này vào tuần tới để thảo luận giai đoạn hai của thỏa thuận ngừng bắn với Israel, đồng thời hoàn tất đồng thuận về danh sách thành viên của ủy ban hành chính nói trên. Lệnh ngừng bắn giữa Hamas và Israel có hiệu lực từ tháng 10/2025. Giai đoạn một bao gồm việc trao đổi tù nhân và người bị giam giữ, cho phép viện trợ nhân đạo vào Gaza, cùng việc Israel rút một phần lực lượng khỏi một số khu vực của Dải Gaza.

Giai đoạn hai được đề xuất bao gồm việc Israel rút toàn bộ quân đội khỏi Gaza, giải giáp Hamas, triển khai tái thiết quy mô lớn và thành lập một chính quyền chuyển tiếp để quản lý vùng lãnh thổ này.

Tháng 12/2025, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump cho biết ông sẽ thúc đẩy nhanh việc triển khai giai đoạn hai của thỏa thuận, nhấn mạnh rằng giải giáp Hamas là điều kiện then chốt để tiến trình được tiếp tục.

Trong diễn biên liên quan, Ngoại trưởng Israel Gideon Sa’ar khẳng định Israel “cam kết thực hiện kế hoạch Gaza của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump”, song nhấn mạnh điều kiện tiên quyết là Hamas phải giải giáp và Dải Gaza phải được phi quân sự hóa.

Phát biểu trong cuộc gặp người đồng cấp Nhật Bản Toshimitsu Motegi tại Jerusalem ngày 11/1, Ngoại trưởng Sa’ar cho biết kế hoạch 20 điểm của Tổng thống Mỹ nhằm vào Gaza hướng tới ổn định khu vực. Ông nhấn mạnh: “Để có thể triển khai kế hoạch, Hamas phải giải giáp và Gaza phải được phi quân sự hóa”, đồng thời lưu ý đây là những điều kiện cốt lõi của kế hoạch.

Eleven killed after Israel hits bus in Gaza,

Gaza's Hamas-run civil defence says 11 people were killed, all from the same family, after the bus they were in was hit by an Israeli tank shell in northern Gaza.

The Abu Shaaban family, it said, were trying to reach their home to inspect it when the incident happened in the Zeitoun neighbourhood of Gaza City on Friday night.

This is the deadliest single incident involving Israeli soldiers in Gaza since the start of the ceasefire eight days ago.

The Israeli military said soldiers had fired at a "suspicious vehicle" that had crossed the so-called yellow line demarcating the area still occupied by Israeli forces in Gaza.

Israeli soldiers continue to operate in more than half of the Gaza Strip, under the terms of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement.

Civil defence spokesman Mahmud Bassal told AFP news agency the victims were killed while "trying to check on their home" in the area.

The dead included women and children, according to the civil defence.

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said a "suspicious vehicle was identified crossing the yellow line and approaching IDF troops operating in the northern Gaza Strip" on Friday, prompting it to fire "warning shots" towards the vehicle.

It said the vehicle "continued to approach the troops in a way that caused an imminent threat to them" and "troops opened fire to remove the threat, in accordance with the agreement."

Hamas said the family had been targeted without justification.

The IDF has warned Palestinians from entering areas in Gaza still under its control.

With limited internet access, many Palestinians do not know the position of Israeli troops as the yellow demarcation line is not physically marked, and it is unclear if the area where the bus was travelling did cross it.

The BBC has asked the IDF for coordinates of the incident.

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said on Friday the army would set up visual signs to indicate the location of the line.

In a separate development, Hamas on Friday released the body of Israeli hostage Eliyahu Margalit to the Red Cross, which returned it to Israel.

Mr Margalit was the tenth deceased hostage to be returned from Gaza. The remains of another 18 people are yet to be repatriated.

Israel handed the bodies of 15 more Palestinians over to officials in Gaza via the Red Cross, the Hamas-run health ministry said, bringing the total number of bodies it has received to 135.

There has been anger in Israel that Hamas has not returned all of the dead hostages' bodies, in line with last week's ceasefire deal - though the US has downplayed the suggestion it amounts to a breach.

The IDF has stressed that Hamas must "uphold the agreement and take the necessary steps to return all the hostages".

Hamas has blamed Israel for making the task difficult because Israeli strikes have reduced so many buildings to rubble and it does not allow heavy machinery and diggers into Gaza to be able to search for the hostages' bodies.

As part of the US-brokered ceasefire deal, Israel freed 250 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails and 1,718 detainees from Gaza.

Hamas also returned all 20 living hostages to Israel.

The Israeli military launched a campaign in Gaza in response to the 7 October 2023 attack, in which Hamas-led gunmen killed about 1,200 people in southern Israel and took 251 others hostage.

At least 67,900 people have been killed by Israeli attacks in Gaza since then, according to the territory's Hamas-run health ministry, whose figures are seen by the UN as reliable.

Gaza, chớ nên vội mừng!

Ngày 14 tháng Mười, tức chỉ một ngày sau khi Tổng Thống Donald Trump tuyên bố chắc nịch rằng kế hoạch 20 điểm của mình về Gaza đã mang lại hòa bình đến với khu vực này, quân đội Israel cho biết họ đã cho nổ súng để loại bỏ "mối đe dọa" từ một nhóm người tiếp cận các đơn vị Israel ở phía Bắc Gaza.

Được biết ít nhất 6 người Palestine đã bị giết chết trong 2 vụ nổ súng riêng biệt trên khắp khu vực vì hỏa lực của quân đội Israel. Theo Israel, nhóm nghi phạm đã tìm cách vượt qua ranh giới khu vực rút quân tạm thời theo thỏa thuận ngừng bắn do Mỹ làm trung gian.

Trong khi đó, có thông tin rằng bọn khủng bố Hamas đã cho hành quyết công khai 32 thành viên của "một băng nhóm có liên hệ với một gia đình máu mặt ở Gaza", trong khi 6 tay súng của bọn Hamas cũng đã bị sát hại. Bọn Hamas cũng được cho là đã ra tay giết hại một số người mà chúng cho là "đã cộng tác với Israel".

Vào thời điểm này, người ta có quyền nghi ngờ về cái gọi là "thành công" của kế hoạch hòa bình do Tổng Thống Trump đề ra. Việc bọn Hamas và Israel trao đổi con tin và tù nhân đã xong, nhưng liệu hòa bình sẽ thực sự trở lại Gaza hay không thì vẫn là một dấu hỏi lớn khi mà bọn khủng bố Hamas đang tỏ ra không hề muốn giải giáp buông súng, mà chỉ muốn quay trở lại để nắm quyền cai trị ở Gaza.

Trước đó, bọn chúng tuyên bố sẵn sàng trao quyền kiểm soát chính trị đối với Gaza cho các thực thể khác, nhưng "chỉ sẽ giao nộp vũ khí khi quân đội của quốc gia Palestine được thành lập và các tay súng của chúng được "cho sáp nhập vào Quân đội quốc gia Palestine"(?)

Bọn Hamas còn nhấn mạnh rằng, cho đến khi quốc gia Palestine được thành lập thì "không một ai có thể tước đoạt quyền kháng cự" của chúng. Cũng theo đo, một quốc giac Palestine độc lập, có chủ quyền hoàn toàn phải có thủ đô là Đông Jerusalem, điều mà phía Israel luôn luôn bác bỏ.

Sau giai đoạn trao trả con tin và tù nhân của Hamas và Israel, Tổng Thống Trump tuyên bố khởi động giai đoạn 2 của thỏa thuận Gaza ngay lập tức, khẳng định "công việc vẫn chưa kết thúc", dù đã thừa nhận tiến trình hòa bình đang đối mặt với nhiều thách thức. Ông cánh cáo úp mở về khả năng can thiệp về quân sự nếu bọn Hamas không chịu hạ vũ khí.

Vậy nếu như bọn Hamas ngoan cố không chịu hạ vũ khí thì liệu rằng quân đội Mỹ sẽ có mặt ở Gaza để hỗ trợ lực lượng gìn giữ hòa bình hay không, hay quân đội Israel vẫn sẽ hiện diện ở Gaza, dù không đông đảo, để ngăn chận bọn Hamas tái hoạt động?

Về phần mình, Tel Aviv tuyên bố cứng rắn rằng nếu Hamas không chịu giải giáp thì "địa ngục sẽ bùng nổ". Bản thân Thủ tướng Netanyahu gọi thỏa thuận mới đạt được ở Gaza chỉ là "ngưng bắn và thỏa thuận trao đổi con tin, chứ không phải thỏa thuận chấm dứt cuộc xung đột". Vậy là cũng đủ hiểu ra.

Xem ra, nếu như bọn khủng bố Hamas cương quyết không chịu hã vũ khí thì Israel hoàn toàn có đủ lý do chính đáng để tiêu diệt bọn chúng với sự hỗ trợ tối đa của Mỹ. Lúc đó quốc tế sẽ khó mà trách cứ được Israel hay Mỹ. Trước đây, thế khó của Israel là chưa thể mạnh tay với bọn Hamas vì còn kẹt các con tin còn nằm trong tay chúng. Còn bây giờ Israel chẳng còn vướng bận gì nên có thể ra tay càn quét tận cùng hang ổ của bọn Hamas.

Vào lúc này, có thể nói mà không sợ sai, đó là quá mơ mộng nếu cho rằng hòa bình, một nền hòa bình bền vững và lâu dài, đã đến với Gaza sau sự thỏa thuận hòa bình của Tổng Thống Trump. Sẽ không có hòa bình thực sự nào cả, mà chỉ có cuộc xung đột ở Gaza có thể sẽ bước sang giai đoạn mới. Trong giai đoạn mới này, bọn Hamas không còn giữ con tin làm quân bài mặc cả nên sẽ rất khó tránh được những đòn tấn công khốc liệt của quân đội Israel. Những người dân Gaza vừa phấn khởi, hồ hởi được trở về nhà rất có thể sẽ phải di tản thêm lần nữa để tránh cảnh đạn bom rơi giữa hai phe.

Rốt cuộc, Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh về hòa bình cho Gaza ở Ai Cập vừa qua chỉ là dịp để ông Trump có cơ hội đánh bóng tên tuổi mình, hơn là đem lại hòa bình thực sự cho Gaza. Điều này rất có thể nằm trong sự tính toán của Washington và Tel Aviv. Bởi vì làm sao mà tin nỗi được bọn khủng bố Hamas này được. Và cũng khó mà tin Tổng Thống Trump có thực tâm muốn đem lại điều gì tốt đẹp cho người Palestine.

Tel Aviv gọi ông Trump là "người bạn vĩ đại nhất của dân tộc Do Thái". Hẳn là như vậy rồi. Và xem ra ông Trump chỉ là bạn của người Do Thái, chứ không phải của người Palestine. Xin chớ mừng vội!!

Trump issues chilling threat to Hamas as Gaza descends into bloody civil war: 'We will have no choice'

Hamas after the terror group was caught executing fellow Palestinians amid the ceasefire with Israel.

'If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the Deal, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them,' the President posted to Truth Social. 'Thank you for your attention to this matter!'

, he said Hamas fighters had taken out 'a couple of gangs that were very bad'.

'That didn't bother me much, to be honest with you,' the President added. 

Since then, videos have been shared online that show Hamas fighters participating in what appeared to be a public execution.

As part of Trump's 20-point plan toward peace, Hamas members were to relinquish their weapons and give up power, something they have so far failed to do. 

In turn, Hamas members who wished to leave Gaza would be given safe passage to another country.

Footage has emerged that shows Palestinians being killed in a public execution by Hamas fighters - who are supposed to be disarming as part of Trump's Gaza peace deal 

Instead, Hamas fighters have been involved in violent clashes with rival Palestinian groups, as Israel's forces have withdrawn. 

During his Oval Office meeting Tuesday with Argentinian President Javier Milei, Trump warned Hamas that they needed to stick to the terms of the agreement.

'They will disarm, and if they don't do so, we will disarm them, and it'll happen quickly and perhaps violently,' Trump said.  

He didn't provide additional details on how he would accomplish that goal in Thursday's Truth Social post. 

The President told CNN Wednesday that he would greenlight Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu taking further military action in Gaza if Hamas doesn't abide by the bargain. 

The US has sent 200 troops to Israel to help support the ceasefire, but they aren't being sent into Gaza. 

Trump is already being widely heralded for bringing about the end of the Gaza war. 

The conflict began in the aftermath of the October 7, 2023, terror attack on Israel that left at least 1,219 people dead

The President acted angrily on Thursday after videos circulated showing the Palestinian terror group members involved in a public execution 

Around 251 people were kidnapped in Israel by Hamas and brought into Gaza.

On Monday, as Trump was headed to the Middle East, the 20 remaining living hostages were brought back. 

Since then, Hamas has returned the bodies of nine hostages to Israel, claiming that's all the remains it can transfer back. 

But some 19 corpses are still in Gaza. 

Aid is also slowly making its way into war-ravaged Gaza, where approximately 67,000 Palestinian civilians have been killed since the start of the war. 

White House advisors told reporters on a call Wednesday that 'there's no intention to have the aid cut, as long as this deal holds'.

Hostage group claims agreem ent breached by Hamas

On Monday, thousands of Israelis tuned in from Hostages Square in Tel Aviv as the hostages were returned.

Israel's government and military posted dozens of photos and videos and wrote, "Welcome home," on X.

The bodies of only four of the dead hostages were returned on the same day. Israel previously said it did not expect all of the dead hostages to be returned on Monday.

Hamas named the four but the IDF said "identification procedures will be carried out" on the remains first.

But a hostage families' group accused the militants of reneging on the deal by not returning more.

"This represents a blatant breach of the agreement by Hamas," the Hostages and Missing Families Forum said in a statement.

"We expect Israel's government and the mediators to take immediate action to rectify this grave injustice."

After the hostage release, Israel returned nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, some serving life sentences, others taken from Gaza since the war broke out.

The two sides had been at war in Gaza since Hamas's attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023, which claimed the lives of roughly 1,200 people and saw 250 others taken hostage.

Israel's subsequent campaign in Gaza has killed nearly 68,000 people, according to Gaza's Health Ministry.

Trump praises Israel, commits to Gaza rebuild

Prior to the Egyptian summit, Mr Trump spent Monday morning on a whirlwind visit to Israel.

There, he met with some of the families of the 20 hostages released by Hamas, before addressing Israel's parliament, the Knesset.

"You've won," he told Israeli politicians.

"Now it is time to translate these victories against terrorists on the battlefield into the ultimate prize of peace and prosperity for the entire Middle East."

The US president also promised to help rebuild Gaza and urged Palestinians to "turn forever from the path of terror and violence".

"After tremendous pain and death and hardship, now is the time to concentrate on building their people up instead of trying to tear Israel down," he said.

"And the total focus of Gazans must be on restoring the fundamentals of stability, safety, dignity and economic development so they can finally have the better life their children really do deserve after all these decades of horror."

Israel and Hamas signed the first phase of Mr Trump’s 20 point peace plan on Thursday after initially “signing off” on the proposal verbally.

Hamas released a statement stating the US Government had given them certain guarantees and that the “war is over”.

In Israel on Thursday night (local time), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu assembled his security cabinet, then the wider cabinet to vote on the proposed plan. That final step will starting a series of events that would see a ceasefire begin, Israeli hostages released and handed over, Palestinian prisoners released and returned to Gaza and ultimately, as Mr Trump has promised, “everlasting peace”.

Israeli Government vote on peace plan

In the early hours of Friday morning, around 1.30am (local time) the Israeli Government approved the first phase of Mr Trump’s peace plan.

There was a minor delay in having the plan approved after one minister threatened to topple the government over the vote.

Far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir had revealed ahead of the vote that his party, the Otzma Yehudit Party, would not support the plan and warned Mr Netanyahu he would attempt to overthrow his government if Hamas was not dismantled.

Ceasefire begins

An Israeli Government spokesperson says the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) will commence a ceasefire within 24 hours of Israeli government approval.

The IDF have conducted strikes since the verbal acceptance of the peace plan, claiming they were targeting Hamas terror cells.

Although fears remain that the IDF could continue strikes, Mr Trump has publicly called for the attacks to be stopped, something now Israel has agreed to through cabinet approval.

IDF to pull troops out

After the ceasefire commences, the IDF will adjust defence lines, pulling back to an agreed location set out in Mr Trump’s plan, leaving the IDF in control of around 53 per cent of the Gaza Strip. This defence line is expected to remain as further peace plan phases are negotiated.

Donald Trump travels to Middle East (possibly)

As the ceasefire begins, Mr Trump is expected to travel to the Middle East.

Mr Trump has said he will likely travel to the region on Sunday or Monday, but is yet to reveal exact plans.

Before leaving the United States, the White House has confirmed Mr Trump will have his yearly medical check-up at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre. The check-up coincides with a planned visit to meet troops and make a speech.

Mr Trump has suggested he would travel to Egypt to sign the historic peace plan, which has already been signed by Israel, Hamas, and Palestinian authorities.

He has also been invited to speak directly to the Israeli cabinet in Jerusalem. Mr Trump expressed a desire to take up that offer, but officials are yet to confirm the potential appearance.

Israeli hostages released

After the ceasefire begins, a 72-hour countdown commences. Hamas must, within those 72 hours, return all living hostages and the bodies of deceased hostages.

Although the exact numbers are unconfirmed, reports suggests there are 20 living hostages being held by Hamas, and the bodies of 28 deceased hostages.

Mr Trump said on Thursday hostages will be released on “Monday or Tuesday”.

Before the peace plan was agreed to, there was tension between negotiators over how the hostages would be exchanged. During previous handovers of hostages, horrific scenes played out as Hamas soldiers surrounded those being freed, who were paraded through heavily armed militants before being ushered into Red Cross vehicles.

Freed hostages are usually driven by charity organisations to a meeting point, where Israeli organisations take them by road or air to a hospital for medical examination, before they are reunited with their family and loved ones.

Palestinian prisoners released

After Israeli hostages have been returned by Hamas, Israel will begin the release and return of Palestinian prisoners.

Around 250 Palestinians are serving life sentences in Israeli jails, while around 1,700 Palestinians are being held as detainees.
