Trong bản tin, lời chú thích "Cảnh cuối trước khi tàu dầu khí Việt nam chìm xuống biển" ở dưới tấm hình số 5 không đúng sự thật.

Người đưa tin đầu tiên (original sender) có dụng ý chính trị tốt là công kích CSVN khiếp nhược trước Tàu Cộng; rất tiếc vị này thiếu kiến thức về Hải Quân nên đã đưa ra một bản tin gây hoang mang không ít cho người đọc.

 

Nếu nhận dạng kỹ mục tiêu bị bắn (hình số 2 đến hình số 4) thì chiếc này có hình thù của một chiến hạm loại destroyer hay cruiser.

 

Tàu Bình Minh 02 của CSVN không có hai đài chỉ huy; dưới đây là hình của tàu Bình Minh 02 theo tài liệu của RFI.

Vietnam accuses China of maritime sabotage

Vietnam has once more accused China of sabotaging an oil and gas exploration vessel, in a block co-owned by Russia’s Gazprom, as the dispute over the resource-rich South China Sea intensifies.

PetroVietnam, the state oil and gas monopoly, said on Monday that two Chinese boats cut the seismic exploration cable of the Binh Minh 2, a Vietnamese survey ship, early on Friday morning in Vietnam’s block 113, which is jointly owned with Russia’s Gazprom. The Binh Minh 2 had exploration cables in another South China Sea block cut by Chinese vessels last May.

Carl Thayer, an expert on the South China Sea at the Australian Defence Force Academy in Canberra, said such incidents amounted to a serious escalation and seemed to be part of a “new wave of assertiveness” by Beijing.Pham Viet Dung, a senior PetroVietnam official, told the company’s official newspaper that the incident – the first reported act of cable-cutting since last year – was a “brazen violation” of Vietnam’s sovereignty and called on the Vietnamese government to protest to Beijing. He later confirmed his comments to the Financial Times.

“Vietnam has great hopes for its oil and gas development but China can inundate the sea with its vessels and Vietnam may find that its partners run away,” if this continues to happen, he said.

Nguyen Tien Dung, the deputy president of PetroVietnam, told the FT recently that its efforts to explore for oil and gas were being hampered by the need to “persistently solve diplomatic problems with China”.

The long-running dispute over the South China Sea, which is home to a third of the world’s shipping activity, has deteriorated this year as Beijing has begun to defend its claim to almost the entire area more assertively. Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam also claim parts of the South China Sea.

Last week, Surin Pitsuwan, outgoing secretary-general of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations, warned that the arearisked becoming “Asia’s Palestine” after China further angered rival claimants by publishing a map of its “nine-dotted line” claim on its new passports.

Pham Viet Dung said that the Binh Minh 2 was surrounded by a number of Chinese vessels after 4am on Friday morning while exploring in block 113. It warned the Chinese vessels to leave the area but they refused to do so before two of them cut the Vietnamese ship’s exploration cable.

The block is around 60 nautical miles from Vietnam’s coast and 70 nautical miles from the Chinese island of Hainan.

Cnooc, China’s state-controlled energy group, recently disclosed estimates that the area could hold 17bn tonnes of oil and 498tn cubic feet of natural gas. On Monday, China’s National Energy Administration released an energy plan blueprint that identified the South China Sea as the “most important” area for offshore natural gas production. China is the world’s biggest energy consumer and is seeking to boost natural gas consumption as it moves away from coal-fired power.

So far most of China’s wells in the South China Sea have been in shallow coastal waters that are not contested. However, in June Cnooc put up for auction several exploration blocks that Vietnam has already licensed to foreign partners including Gazprom and ExxonMobil.

Cnooc has also been developing the infrastructure and technology it will need to independently drill for oil and gas in the deep waters of the South China Sea – and earlier this year launched its first domestically built deepwater drilling rig.

China’s foreign ministry did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Nhà cầm quyền Hà nội đang bưng bít thông tin về tàu dầu khí bị Trung quốc bắn chìm?

  Trên mạng xã hội đang loan tin về vụ việc chấn động Thế giới : Trung quốc đăng báo về vụ bắn chìm tàu thăm dò dầu khí Việt nam. Nhiều ảnh được phát tán trên facebook một cách nhanh chóng và các bình luận gây cháy nghẽn mạng từ 8 giờ sáng nay.

   Những ảnh chụp liên tiếp được đăng trên báo Trung quốc được cộng đồng mạng lao vào chia xẻ và dịch từ tiếng Trung quốc để làm rõ :

Cảnh cuối trước khi tàu dầu khí Việt nam chìm xuống biển.

 Chắc chắn chỉ một tiếng đồng hồ sau đây là mọi thứ đều được làm rõ, các blogger, facebooker đang cùng nhau làm rõ trước khi các báo lề phải chờ xin  lệnh để được ...lấy thông tin.

  Không phải ngẫu nhiên mà cách đây vài hôm, Ấn độ tuyên bố đưa hải quân đến Biển đông để kiên quyết bảo vệ tàu thăm dò dầu khí đang liên doanh với Việt nam. Đó chắc chắn  là một động thái của Ấn độ sau khi Trung quốc đã sử dụng vũ lực để tấn công, phá hoại hoặc bắn chìm tàu thăm dò dầu khí của Việt nam hoặc Ấn độ như trong ảnh do báo Trung quốc đăng. Việc thông tin bị nhà cầm quyền Việt nam dấu nhẹm hoàn toàn có cơ sở, tuy nhiên cái kim dấu trong bọc rồi sẽ lòi ra, tác dụng ngược của chuyện bưng bít thông tin sẽ mang lại hậu quả lớn đối với những nhóm mafia chính trị đang nắm quyền.
