Thousands will gather at the Vietnam Forces Memorial in Canberra to honour the servicemen and women who fought in the Vietnam War.
Former Governor-General of Australia and Vietnam veteran Sir Peter Cosgrove discusses what will be reflected at the Vietnam Forces Memorial with Sky News Australia.
“We’ll be reflecting on what was a long war, 523 lives lost, 60,000 fellow Australians were there, Navy, Army and Airforce and they all performed magnificently,” Mr Cosgrove told Sky News Australia.
